Professional metal machining
Precision CNC metal machining on demand is one of the main pillars of Metal Manufacturing NEUFE, spol. s r.o. We conduct precise milling, drilling, turning, and other metalworking tasks on modern CNC machines. Our specialization lies in custom production according to clients' specifications. We undertake both individual custom orders and serial metal part machining.
Horizontal and vertical drilling
Horizontal and vertical drilling are fundamental techniques in CNC metal machining in our company. We offer customers the realization of individual orders as well as custom serial production.
The most commonly machined materials include alloys, stainless steel, and steel materials.
Turning and machining of metals
The main components of metalworking are CNC turning and machining processes. We carry out custom-shaped machining of parts from steel, aluminum, and other metal materials.
In addition to turning, we offer professional grinding and polishing of metals and metal parts. We achieve high-quality machining thanks to experienced operators and the use of branded metalworking tools.
Kromě soustružení nabízíme profesionální broušení a leštění kovů i kovových dílů. Vysoké kvality obrábění dosahujeme díky zkušené obsluze a používáním značkových kovoobráběcích nástrojů.
Our lathes allow machining materials up to 5,000 mm in length. The largest diameter of the workpiece can reach up to 1,250 mm.
CNC Milling
We provide CNC milling of metals for individual, small batch, and mass production of metal parts, machine components, and larger workpieces. For machining, we use slotting, console, and universal milling cutters that enable both horizontal and vertical milling.
Upon request, we mill steel, aluminum, brass, and other metal materials.
